MICROGRAVITY SURVEYS


 
Microgravity surveying method is a high resolution geophysical technique set apart from gravity method. Microgravity surveys are used for site characterization to detect sub-surface mine cavities, voids and changes in subsurface density, identify and predict the geo-hazards posed by voids and mining cavities.
